Description:
AQUAVAC® RELERA is an inactivated bivalent concentrate for dip suspension or suspension for injection that stimulates active immunity in the prevention of Enteric Red Mouth Disease (ERM) caused by Yersinia ruckeri (Hagerman type 1) and EX5 biotype strains in Rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss).
Duration of immunity has been demonstrated for at least 4 months for EX5 biotype and 6 months for Hagerman serotype 1.
Onset of immunity: 336-degree days for Hagerman serotype 1 and for EX5 biotype.
Doseage and administration: Immerse fry of at least 5 grams in a diluted solution containing the vaccine for 30 seconds after which they are returned to the holding tanks. A liter of vaccine diluted in 9 liters of hatchery water allows the vaccination of a maximum of 100Kg of fish.
For injection administer 0.1ml intraperitoneally along the central line, approximately one pelvic fin length in front of the pelvic base as a single-injection dose in fish no less than 12 grams.
Primary vaccination should be by the immersion route only. If a booster vaccination is required, then the injection route should be used.
Only vaccinate healthy fish.
For immersion: 100 kg maximum weight of fish / 1000 ml
For injection: 0,1 ml x 10000
